 Image result for The Hundred-Foot Journey is one of my favorite films of all time.  A sweet story set in France where neighbors battle competing for customers and restaurant rights, develop an unlikely friendship.  This is one of those films that you can see again and again.

Movie suggestion.   Check out Belle filmed in 2014 A beautiful film based upon a painting done by commision for Lord Mansfield of his two blood nieces: Dido and Elizabeth.  Dido was the daughter of a slave and Lord Mansfield's nephew, Sir Lindsay.  Although she was mixed race she was greatly loved by her father and her uncle.  The movie is loosely based upon the painting and the story.
